Well, the wating is over and tomorrow morning we set off for beautiful Fjordland, sure of a warm welcome by the locals we hope !

What about special technique & equipment for the prologue?
Having considered all the options, I think we'll settle for the traditional approach - go out too fast, try to hang on and die a thousand deaths for the last 5km.
